Sandra Finlay company is an established 10 year old company which holds market share within her sector of Education Tech. Her objective in engaging with me was to do a complete audit of team structure and capability, followed by a review of her strategy in order to set them up for their next stage of growth. It was a huge success within a 6 month engagement and set her team up to tackle their next horizon.
