The Founders and Directors objective for Dataphyll were to raise investment capital and to expand offshore. We have implemented work to achieve this, including optimising sales processes and conversion rates, interrogating and surfacing product-market-fit data, reviewing strategy and putting in place the financial plan to reflect this. Followed by a capital raise strategy and execution.
Sandra Finlay company is an established 10 year old company which holds market share within her sector of Education Tech. Her objective in engaging with me was to do a complete audit of team structure and capability, followed by a review of her strategy in order to set them up for their next stage of growth.
